Throwback Thursday: Chuck Foreman Highlights

Before Adrian Peterson, before Robert Smith there was Chuck Foreman, the Vikings original franchise running back.

He could do it all. Foreman had all the moves (he could shake and bake, had smooth elusiveness and a spin move right out of Madden); he had the power to break tackles and run people over; he had the speed to outrun defenders; he was a sure-handed receiver both underneath in the Vikings prelude to the so-called West Coast Offense and Fran Tarkenton would send him deep as a wideout as well.

For three straight years Foreman was the best back in the league but injuries cut short what might’ve been. Found at YouTube from Norsemanvike.
